Add a spicy zing to this easy to make Vegan Habanero Pizza! A perfect balance of spice and creaminess.
Make a cream cheese sauce
Heat a splash of olive oil in a pan and add 1 sliced garlic clove, 150gms vegan cream cheese and season. Cook until everything is combined.
Pre heat your oven to its highest setting. Spray a baking sheet with non-stick spray. Place a pizza base on the baking sheet.
Creating the pizza topping
Spread the cream cheese sauce over the pizza base leaving a 2cm crust along the border. Use a mandolin or food processor to slice 2 potatoes and a red onion very thin. Place the sliced potatoes and onion mix on top of the cream cheese sauce and spread 1 tbsp. of Marie Sharp’s Original Mild Habanero Pepper sauce over the topping. Sprinkle the entire pizza with a mixture of vegan parmesan and garlic powder to taste.
Bake the pizza in the oven for 15 minutes or until the crust is brown and crispy.
Remove from the oven, slice and enjoy.
